Genre would be electro / ambient with hints of a influence from industrial.
Since someone doesnt want these up on megaupload mediafire etc. I've cleared some space on my personal dropbox. Links up for a somewhat limited time, will delete when I need space for something else. RAR archives encrypted, password is "a-special-plan-for-this-world.blogspot.com" without the citation marks of course.

ReplyDeleteLlort ...
Backtracked from the other Techno Animal post on your site to the new one for Re-Entry. Just gotta tell you that I sincerely appreciate your time and effort in uploading this classic double CD to your blogspot.
I am much obliged to you. Thank you very much for your help.
FOOOOK YEAH .... can't wait to listen to this.
OH YEAH! - OH YEAH! - OH YEAH!
Take care,
trollcrusher ;-)
U.S.A.
Oh wait lol, I wrote radio hades instead of techno animal lawl
ReplyDeleteHeh heh heh ...
ReplyDeleteYeah, I thought maybe you put Radio Hades up there instead of Techno Animal in order to keep it "hush hush" here on the Internet since as I mentioned earlier (on the other T.A. post) that attempting to find this album is like searching for a needle in a haystack. ;-) I've seen this album for sale on Discogs for (get ready here) ... $213.99 USED!!!
Link here: http://www.discogs.com/sell/list?release_id=68435&ev=r2
Oooof! And to think that I once had a M-I-N-T condition SIGNED by Justin Broadrick himself "Justinflesh 199x" (can't remember the year) in gold ink ... hmmm. Bummer. But I will tell you that of all of the various bands that I've met, Justin is in the top ten when it comes to approachability and signing things for fans. Got to go on the tour bus when he was touring in support of Danzig and Type O Negative. Nice guy ... struck me as quiet (almost shy to a degree) offstage and intense ... you could tell that this kid has seen his share of angst. Almost like he channels that energy into his creative outlets. Intelligent as well.
OK, gonna scoot here ... listening to Re-Entry "Needle Park" as I type this. :-) Thanks again Llort (I noticed that it is "Troll" backwards ... heh heh ... so much for my alias "Trollcrusher" [no offense] ) for A-L-L of your help.
BTW - If you need a link for Techno Animal's "Ghosts" release, I believe that there is one on the Internet. I've downloaded it in Mp3 format, but I'll have to take a looksee and find the URL again if you are interested.
Take care,
Trollcrusher :-P

DeleteWasn't Techno Animal something like "dark" hip hop or I'm confused?
ReplyDeleteYeah, that one album. But tbh that's their worst album. This one is much better.
ReplyDeleteWas so excited to see this album up, as I've been hunting for it for a few years, but was bummed to see all the links have been removed already... /cry
ReplyDeleteMotherfuckers, hold on mike, I'll reupload to a more secure link.
ReplyDeleteMike ...
ReplyDeleteYeah man, Llort "IS THE ONLY ONE" on the Internet (as far as I have found) that has been kind enough to upload this classic Techno Animal album.
No doubt about it ... was cool enough to put the effort and work into placing it here on his blog (in FLAC - no less) for all of us to enjoy. Sorry to hear that the links have gone down. :-(
Llort will get the link issue resituated. Thanks again Llort for your time.
Take care,
trollcrusher :-)

Oh ... just saw that Llort added a new message at the top of this post with regard to the downloader needing to utilize a password to unlock the Re-Entry download.
ReplyDeleteBe sure to refer to it at the top as this will be up for a limited time only.
Take care,
trollcrusher
(Thanks again Llort) ;-)
Thanks a billion, heading to download now ^_^
ReplyDeleteGood deal Mike ...
ReplyDeleteIt's great album to listen to in the dark (especially disc two "Heavy Lids").
Enjoy!
trollcrusher ;-)
I feel like such a pain, but can I get a confirmation on that .rar password? I've tried both copying it into the password field and typing it out (sans quotation marks, of course) on both the FLAC and VO archives and neither will open. I'm so close, lol, what am I doing wrong? ^_^
ReplyDeleteIt might be that your archiving program can't handle passworded winrar archives, this is probably the case, expecially if you're on a mac. Try downloading winrar, it's availible for both windows and mac.
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah a-special-plan-for-this-world.blogspot.com is the password that works for me.
ReplyDeleteI am using a Mac, and Stuffit was the issue! Winrar's command line was too scary for me, lol, but I did find a great program called UnRarX that did the trick! Thanks a ton for the tip and the great record, Llort!
ReplyDeleteBest TA album. Radio Hades is boring.
ReplyDeleteMight try to find a copy of The Sidewinder (another Broadrick/Martin project containing dark minimal electro dub) album, released on Mille Plateaux in 1996
hi, can i get a copy of this in v0? fury112@gmail.com. really appreciated dude, great blog!
ReplyDeleteI have all the TA albums but this one. I have loved all the others, and if this is the icing on the evil cake I cannot wait! Llort... so good.
ReplyDeleteOh crap I forgot address: I-H8-U@msn.com
ReplyDelete-Thanks
Apparently, it's not too late to DL this album FLAC'd -- which is a relief, because other sources are a-l-l down. Thanks tons, Special Plan Ltd.
ReplyDeleteI miss TA's tarnished ashtray shards hiphop, with its bass tones like poison capsules sliding to the stomach: Vintage dystopian Fulci eye-gouging warmth.
yumflaps287@gmail.com
please end my search for a FLAC of this magnificent album. I actually own the CD but it died of CD rot over the years. I have a 128k lossy version but that's an insult to this work.
ReplyDeletePlease and thanks very much.

Please and thanks.
ReplyDeleteI love this record.

Thank you for sending the links, but i have to say that the archive of the FLAC version is corrupt. Files 06 and 11 show CRC errors. I downloaded it 2 times. Mp3 version is ok, though.
ReplyDeleteoh hai. can I haz linx?
